Join the Book Club conversation
A space for us to connect (not just ladies!)
Thank you so much for subscribing, your support means a great deal. It’s been almost a year since I started this newsletter, and it’s been wonderful having your comments and thoughts. Today I’m announcing a new addition to my publication: the Cambridge Ladies' Dining Society subscriber chat.*

This is a conversation space in the Substack app for paid subscribers — kind of like a group chat.* This will be mostly for my new bookclub series (starting with The Rector’s Daughter on 21st September) but I’ll also post any updates that come my way, and you can jump into the discussion any time. There’ll also be bookish chat in the comments section or by email as before.

How to get started
Download the app by clicking this link or the button below. Substack Chat is now available on both iOS and Android.
Open the app and tap the Chat icon. It looks like two bubbles in the bottom bar, and you’ll see a row for my chat inside.
That’s it! If you have any issues, check out Substack’s FAQ or do email me directly (akennedysmith@substack.com) - and as I say, we will also continue our Cambridge Ladies' Dining Society conversation in the comments section, or via email, as before. Thanks again for your support.
